Street Craps is played with two dice and unlimited players.
It's the most challenging of the three dice games, as it has the most rules and betting options.
Everyone who wants to be considered for the roll of "shooter" puts their ante in the pot.
Players each roll one dice, with the highest roll determining the shooter.
Once the shooter is set, the shooter will bet "pass" or "crap out" on the come out. The other players must match the shooter's bet but can also make side-bets amongst themselves.
The first roll is called the "come out". In the come out, a 7 or 11 is a pass and a 2, 3, or 12 is a crap out.
If a pass or crap out occurs, the game is over and bets are distributed moving onto the next round, where the shooter generally retains control of the dice if they pass and lose control if they crap out, regardless of how they bet.
If neither happens, the number that is rolled becomes the shooters point. At this point any crap-out bets become "seven-out" bets, and any pass bets become point bets.
The shooter will continue to roll until they hit their point again or crap out by rolling a 7.
Like the come out, the shooter will retain dice control into the next round if they hit their point and lose control if they crap out, regardless of how they bet.
Side Bets: The shooter can also make side bets during play based on on the point that's made, those bets are:
5,9 (crap out: 7 or 11)
6,8 (crap out: 2, 3, 7, 11, or 12)
10, 4 (crap out: 7 or 11)
For example: If your point is 5, your side bet is 9 and vice versa. Hitting or crapping out on a side-bet doesn't stop gameplay unless the shooter rolls 7, in which case they lose the pot and the side-bet.
